On december 21st more than 250 volunteers from the CSA Europe Masterful Living Network brought a smile on the face of all children lying in 62 Dutch hospitals!

In 2007 the Dreamfoundation - which is founded by CSA Europe - granted the wishes of more than 130 adults who suffer from a life threatening decease!
Dream4Kids
In 2007 the Dream4kids foundation - which is founded by CSA Europe - granted the wishes of 134 children who recently went through a traumatic experience. The lives of these children and their families were touched and positively effected by hundreds of volunteers.
